As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Movement Specialist, I’ve always embraced an active lifestyle, which is reflected in my diverse background. From my early days playing soccer and working as an EMT/firefighter, to my current passion for road and mountain biking, I understand the value of staying active and fit in all aspects of life.
