As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Movement Specialist, I’ve always embraced an active lifestyle, which is reflected in my diverse background. From my early days playing soccer and working as an EMT/firefighter, to my current passion for road and mountain biking, I understand the value of staying active and fit in all aspects of life.


My approach to fitness is built on the belief that each individual has unique goals and needs. I recognize that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to fitness; instead, I tailor my methods to fit your specific objectives and limitations. We will work together to develop a personalized plan that takes into account your goals, safety, and overall well-being.


Strength training will be approached with meticulous attention to safety. We’ll start by ensuring a full range of motion without pain, gradually incorporating weight and adjusting tempo as you progress.
